KIBOU is a small independent restaurant business with locations in Cheltenham, Clifton, Battersea, Cambridge, Oxford and Solihull.

We offer an extensive menu showcasing a huge variety of Japanese cuisine, served from a Sushi and Hot Food kitchen, not to mention our enticing Japanese-inspired drinks and cocktail menu.

We're looking for forward-thinking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant and bar scene, all the while with a fun and creative team around you who are passionate about serving up high-quality cocktails, delicious plum wines, Japanese sake and more.

You’ll already have some experience in similar Bar management roles, and if you can bring great knowledge with bags of enthusiasm and energy to the table, we'd love for you to get in touch.
